Culture is the ideas, customs, and social behavior of a particular people or society. Does your family have a special tradition or custom? Like a special made of holiday or birthday? People everywhere have different cultures, and different culture have different traditions in customs. Though, they may have strange for us but it is important to respect those differences.

For the example, some of Indians culture needs to touch their parents or older people feet to say hello or goodbye. When they touch their mom or dad’s feet it shows a respectful for them because they are older. Or Chinese people tradition use chopstick to eat instead of other cutleries. In comparison to Western dressing, Asian fashion falls on the conservative side. Modest dressing is the norm in some Asian countries because of religious standards. Perhaps in Asian cultures, bright colors are auspicious. Red and yellow are symbolic of prosperity for the Chinese, the former signifying progress and the latter earth, farming and growth. In Japan and Korea, cute and ‘kawaii’ style never seems to go out from fashion. Well, the way you eat, the clothes you wear, or how to say hello it is counted as culture. Others example:

Diversity in culture shows different reactions in one area. Different countries have different customs as well. This makes every people different. And being different is OK. Those differences can help people understand others better and make us interesting.
In work environment, diversity of culture affects activity inside the organization. Some make challenges and yet give benefit in workplace. Diversity is beneficial to both associates and employers. Although associates are interdependent in the workplace, respecting individual differences can increase productivity. Diversity in the workplace can reduce lawsuits and increase marketing opportunities, recruitment, creativity, and business image (Esty et al. 1995). Indeed, it has some drawbacks to diversity in workplace due to prejudice and discrimination. Negative attitudes and behavior can be barriers to organizational diversity because they can harm working relationships and damage morale and work productivity.
In other perspective, Globalization has brought a huge impact to the world including to certain people cultures also, globalization has helps people to integrate and interact among different nations. From the cultural differences (cultural mix), people will find out a lot of different perspectives in cultures within a country as one from many reasons why the culture can be so unique which is one of the positive impacts and can also bring the negative effects from different perspective. The dangers of cultural appropriation go beyond offending people for example in the real life; when it comes to wearing or designing clothes inspired on other cultures, it is difficult to know if we are being cool by following trend or offensive in others people’s eye or perspective.
